At Qdrant, we value every contribution, whether it’s a short post, a community talk, or a complex open-source integration. Our reward system is designed to acknowledge efforts at every level, ensuring your impact is recognized and celebrated.

Small Contributions

Reward: $25 – $75

Examples: Blog articles, concise tutorials, documentation improvements

Short doesn’t mean shallow. Focus on clarity, accuracy, and usefulness – even a quick technical insight or a well-structured post can make a real difference for others in the community.

Medium Contributions

Reward: $75 – $200

Examples: In-depth tutorials, real-world use case implementations, or integration walkthroughs

Show not just how, but why. Go deeper into architecture choices, performance trade-offs, and how Qdrant was used to solve real problems. Examples: integrating with LangChain, DSPy, or custom RAG workflows.

Large Contributions

Reward: $200 – $500

Examples: Open-source integrations, full demo apps, deep benchmarking studies, recorded technical sessions, or smaller events

These efforts require time and expertise – include documentation, code, or results that others can replicate and learn from. Quality and reproducibility matter most.

Special Achievements

Reward: $500 – $1000+

Examples: Flagship tutorials, major community initiatives, or high-impact public talks/events

These are the hallmark contributions – projects or resources that stay valuable for months and elevate the Qdrant ecosystem long-term.
